Here’s how it works:
You’ll receive $2,000 once your referral onboards with us.
You’ll receive another $2,000 once they’ve completed 6 months of continuous employment.

Referral Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
The referrer must be an existing employee, contractor, or registered partner of Optec Group at the time of referral.
The referred candidate must not already be in our recruitment process or have previously applied to Optec Group in the last 12 months.
The referral bonus only applies to permanent or full-time roles advertised by Optec Group.
Payment Details
The first $2,000 will be paid after the referred candidate commences employment.
The remaining $2,000 will be paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of continuous employment.
Bonuses are subject to standard taxation and payroll deductions (if applicable).
Referral Validity
The referral must be submitted via the online referral form below before the referred person applies or is contacted by Optec Group.
Only one referrer will be eligible per successful candidate (first referral received takes precedence).
Other Conditions
There’s no limit to how many people you can refer.
Optec Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw this program at any time without notice.
All decisions regarding eligibility and payment are at the discretion of Optec Group management.
